SUMMARY: Compared to similiar Video Downloader/converters have used, this one is limited, still needs better final video Resolution quality options, online video sound cleaning options would be nice too, to make it at least stand out from other Converters/Downloaders used. They did not bother to respond to any addtl Support inquiries! Program Support response Rude,very generic and not helpful at all, as if they do not care. Noticeably less final resolution quality than a few other online similiar online downloaders have tested as well. No noticeable difference at all in resolution quality of video or audio sound from last few previous WINX versions.
